Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold any property before an application. Once we have received and application and it has been approved. The deposit would be due to place the property on hold. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. The holding deposit is all that is due once the application is accepted. The rent and any funds that are due would need to be paid prior to receiving keys. Once moved in, the holding deposit becomes the security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
The general rule is you have to be 18 or older to sign any legal document. There are exemptions that can be met that would allow someone younger to sign a lease. -
